If you and your partner have been feeling a bit out of sync - caught in roommate mode, carrying stress, or simply longing for more intention, play, and physical closeness - this experience is an invitation to pause and reconnect.Life has a way of filling every moment. Desire shifts. Touch becomes rushed, habitual, or quietly absent. This offering creates space to slow down together and remember what it feels like to feel alive, curious, and connected in each other’s presence, without expectation or performance.
Held in a warm, supportive, and gently playful environment, you’ll be guided through connection exercises and sensual (non-explicit) partner touch practices designed to support emotional intimacy, trust, and nervous system regulation. Couples will explore clear communication around boundaries and desire, learning how safety and spark can coexist in ways that feel grounded, respectful, and natural.
You’ll also be introduced to a selection of thoughtfully chosen sensory tools, inviting exploration through texture, temperature, and sensation, and offering new ways to deepen connection through curiosity and play. A curated collection of these tools will be available after the experience for couples who wish to continue the exploration at home.
About the Facilitator:
This workshop is led by Sarah Brekke, certified sexologist, founder of The Connection Lab, and a Somatica-trained sex & relationship coach. Sarah supports couples in building stronger communication, deeper intimacy, and more fulfilling sex lives through a somatic, trauma-informed approach — blending education, embodiment, and real-world tools that actually work in everyday relationships.
