Chef Mark Felz and Pitmaster Tom Dunphy will present a five course prix fixe menu featuring tastes and techniques inspired by Spain’s diverse geographical and cultural landscape.
Sommelier Kathryn Califano (CWE, WSET) will present interesting and adventurous wines hand selected from across the region to pair with each course.
