Edgar Torres built Bodega de Edgar through grit, passion, and deep respect for family, and that story shows up in every bottle. His labels often feature family photographs, and the winery has become known for wines that balance personal identity, Spanish influence, and Paso Robles character.
Paso Robles is one of California’s most exciting wine regions, with more than 200 wineries, a long growing season, diverse soils, and one of the largest day to night temperature swings of any appellation in California. That combination helps produce wines with ripeness, freshness, and strong personality, which makes it a perfect home for Bodega de Edgar’s style.
