In addition to having expert insights, fascinating discussions, and networking opportunities, you will gain an understanding of what human space flight advancements are applicable in our communities, pre-hospital settings, hospitals, and daily life.

Day 1 (Apr 22) is formatted as a pre-symposium focusing on healthcare delivery and workforce, particularly for First Responders, Nurses, Hospitals, and the ecosystems that support them.
Day 2 (Apr 23) is the Main Event! We'll hear from top experts working in health, research, and space. We’ll explore space health and tech advancements—as well as nimble care models—to discuss challenges, share advancements, and determine future directions and opportunites.

Info: 10-12:30pm: Discussions about workforce education and apprenticeship program sustainability for Fire Rescue, Mobile Integrated Health, Nursing, Cybersecurity, Telehealth, Practice Managers, and Electricians. Will include models of workforce development for extreme environments, including space. Audience: Fire Rescue agency leadership, Hospitals, Florida Department of Health personnel, nursing leaders, practice management, Florida Department of Education, Registered Apprenticeship Programs.

Audience is primarily Fire Rescue agency leadership, Florida Department of Health personnel, and technology businesses. Hospitals, nursing leaders, and Community Health Workers who join will gain valuable insights and connections.

Info: 10am-5:30pm (will include lunch from 12:30-1:30pm and plenty of breaks for networking and visiting exhibitors): Day 2 is all about learning cutting-edge (but PRACTICAL) advancements in healthcare models, health & human performance, and technologies that are enabling space flight and habitation—that could be used now on Earth. The presentations will focus on findings that can be applied to improve healthcare delivery, health outcomes, human performance, and workforce building in American communities.
