About this Event
Please join us at the Local Union 295 Welfare Fund's Wellness Fair at the Astronaut Memorial Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center! At the wellness fair, members and their families will be able to learn about the different aspects of their health benefits offered by the Local Union 295 Welfare Fund and have a blast exploring the Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex.
At this event, you can:
Get a Health Screening (must preregister with Health Gauge and be a covered participant)
Screenings offered: Carotid Artery, Peripheral Arterial, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Chemistry Panel, Lipid Panel w/ Glucose and A1C
The Health Guage screening is offered at no cost to you as members of UA Local 295 and UA Local 821.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. The Health Guage screening does not require you to fast. If you receive a communication stating otherwise, please disregard. Thank you!
Get the Galleri Early Cancer Screening (Walk-ins available, preregistration advised. Must be an eligible 295 member or spouse who meet the eligibility requirements)

Parking Information: Members will receive a free parking pass for the day of the event. You will receive an email with your parking pass from Haley Brock at [email protected]. NASA Security distributes the parking pass approximately 2 weeks prior to the event, so if you don't receive the parking pass upon registration, please know it will be sent to you as soon as it is made available to us. If you are unable to print your parking pass, please find a time before the event to stop by the Union Hall to pick one up. Please remember to bring the parking pass with you, this will save you the cost of parking!
Ticket Information: Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with your digital ticket(s). Upon arriving at the event, you will be required to present these tickets (either printed or on your phone) at the security gate. You will need to have a ticket for each person in your group. This ticketing information applies to both UA 295 and UA 821 members.
