About this Event
Featuring Europe’s top children’s entertainers, the Kids EuroFestival offers free performances, concerts, workshops, and more. This year, the Spanish Cultural Center hosts a dynamic science event in collaboration with NASA, where, as part of this family-focused festival, the interesting worlds of science and space exploration will be brought closer to the little ones.
Through interactive activities and engaging demonstrations, children will have an opportunity to spark their curiosity about the space, learn about the work of Spanish scientists in the U.S. and explore the wonders of the universe in a fun and educational environment.
Following the conclusion of the science activities with the NASA spanish scientists, a reading will take place featuring a selection of Spanish-language children's stories on science, all of which were written by kids. These stories are the result of a competition for school-age children, promoted by Spanish Scientists in the USA (ECUSA). Furthermore, we will present the commissioned illustrations, which the Cultural Office arranged with two Spanish artists to accompany the selected tales.
Allergy Alert: Please be aware that food will be used at this event. Parents and guardians must consider and inform us of any allergies their participating children may have.
