Sowing Self-Care
Step into a space where self-care goes beyond the surface. In this intimate gathering, we’ll move past the traditional notions of self-care to cultivate a more genuine, fulfilling connection with ourselves and others.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Gentle movement
- Mindfulness practices
- Heart-centered sharing
- Reflective writing
- Individual Reiki
- Guided meditation
WHAT TO BRING:
- Journal & pen
- Anything you would need to be comfortable while sitting on the floor. (Yoga bolsters will be provided.)
- Open heart & mind
WHAT TO WEAR:
- .Something you feel comfortable in: yoga pants, loose fitting shirt, etc. Bring a sweater/comfy blanket if you get cold easily. As your body relaxes, your body temp usually drops. We'll also be taking our shoes off, if you're comfortable with that.
There are two available dates for this gathering, the other date is: April 24th 7-8:30PM. Please select the date that aligns with your availablity. Attendance at both is not required.
