The Sixth Annual

Sow Your Seed: Breaking The Silence of Depression & Anxiety

“ I don't look like what I been through ……“


Purpose:

Purpose: To bring men and women in the community together to foster a safe and supportive space that raises awareness about the importance of mental health and healing. Attendees will also have access to licensed therapists on-site, along with opportunities to connect and sign up for ongoing therapy services.
