In this transformational opening keynote for the Sovereign Women’s Empowerment Summit, Dr. Tanisha King invites Black women into a sacred and strategic moment of remembrance, release, and reclamation.
Reclaim Your Power is a healing-centered call to action for women who have spent years surviving systems, relationships, roles, and expectations that demanded everything—often at the cost of themselves.
Through lived experience, truth-telling, and grounded leadership insight, this keynote will explore:
✨ How burnout, people-pleasing, and “strong Black woman” conditioning disconnect us from our power
✨ The difference between endurance and sovereignty
✨ Why healing is not weakness—but leadership
✨ How to release guilt, shame, and survival patterns that no longer serve you

Info: In this powerful and restorative session, Boundaries Without Guilt invites women to reclaim their time, energy, and emotional well-being without apology. Participants will explore the roots of guilt, people-pleasing, and overextension, while learning practical strategies to communicate clear, confident boundaries in personal and professional spaces. This workshop centers self-trust, self-respect, and the radical permission to choose oneself — without shame.

Info: Creative Liberation is an immersive, expressive workshop designed to reconnect women to their inner voice through art, reflection, and embodied creativity. Participants will explore how creative expression can serve as a pathway to healing, clarity, and personal sovereignty. This session offers a safe and affirming space to release what no longer serves, tap into imagination, and reimagine one’s narrative through guided artistic practice.
