Southwestern is hosting its first-ever Out of the Darkness Walk, in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, on April 23, 2026, at 6 p.m., during SWCC's Pay it Forward (PIF) Week.With local programs and events in all 50 states, AFSP's chapters are at the forefront of suicide prevention. Each year, hundreds of thousands participate in Out of the Darkness Walks to raise awareness.
