An open invitation is extended for the public to join Trees for Canterbury to participate in a ‘Planting Event’, with the Regional Park Rangers of the Christchurch City Council.This is a continuation of planting with the goal to encourage birds back into the area by creating a food source with native plantings.
Everyone is welcome to this event that is to take place on Saturday 15th August. This event will take place between 10.00am and 12.00 noon at Southshore Reserve and will be followed by a BBQ.
