Come along to the Southsea Laughter Yoga Club and experience the benefits of laughter with mindful movement.In this one hour workshop I will guide you through a series of activities, games, mindful movement and breathing exercises designed to generate laughter, a sense of playfulness and a lightness of being. The session will end with a short guided meditation.

What to bring:
- A bottle of water - it can be thirsty work!
- A yoga matt or blanket to lie down on for meditation ( you can do this seating if preferred)
- Wear loose comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes (you can do this bare foot if you prefer)
- A blanket/covering if its chilly/if you feel the cold (for meditation)
