*Come and celebrate West Virginia pageant style! Awarding gorgeous crowns, beautiful custom plaques, West Virginia themed awards and more!
- You must be a West Virginia resident to compete.
- If you already hold a 2026 Raleigh County Supreme title, you are ineligible to compete.
- If you held the Southern WV Supreme Queen title for 2025, you are ineligible to compete for 2026.
- These titles are for those that want to get out and represent at community events, parades, festivals, fairs, car shows and even a Queen's Day at the WV State Fair!
- ONLY TAKING THE FIRST 15 PAID IN ENTRIES IN EACH PAGEANT TIME BELOW!! (Only 5 contestants per division allowed)
PAGEANT TIMES / AGE DIVISIONS:
Pageant 1 - 0-2 yrs
Registration: 10:30am - Pageant 11am
Age Divisions: Under 1 / 1 yr / 2 yrs
Pageant 2 - 3-5 yrs
Registration: 12:30pm - Pageant 1pm
Age Divisions: 3 yrs / 4 yrs / 5 yrs
Pageant 3 - 6-12 yrs
Registration: 2:30pm - Pageant 3pm
Age Divisions: 6-7 yrs / 8-9 yrs / 10-12 yrs
Pageant 4 - 13 & Up
Registration: 4:30pm - Pageant 5pm
Teen 13-15 yrs / Miss 16-20 yrs / Ms 21 & up / Mrs 21 & up
AWARDING:
Side Awards in each age division: Mountain's Most Beautiful , Best Southern Smile , Appalachian Stage Star (personality/stage presence) , Cover Girl Photogenic , Best Southern Style (0-12 yrs = 1 - WV Wear and 1 - Blue & Gold Wear / 13&up Best Evening Gown)
Titles: 0-12 yrs - Southern WV Supreme Queen , Divisional Queen , Princess in each division
Titles: 13&up - Southern WV Queen , 1st & 2nd Runner-up in each division
EVERY CONTESTANT WILL RECEIVE A BEAUTIFUL CROWN, PLAQUE, GIFT & MORE!
COMPETITION EVENTS:
BEAUTY WEAR (mandatory for all ages):
Every contestant will compete in a Beauty dress/gown of their choice. Glitz pageant dresses are allowed. We prefer: short pageant dresses on those 0-6 yrs ; Short pageant dress or long gown ages 7-9 yrs ; Long gown for ages 10&UP. If you wear a short pageant dress, white socks/white shoes please. If you wear a long gown, a heeled shoe in silver/clear or colored to match gown color. Makeup allowed on ages 3&up. Small hair pieces are allowed on all ages. No fake tanning, fake teeth or long falls.
(Ages 13&up) Evening Gown - Attire for this is a long gown in any style or color. Should have silver, clear, nude or dyed to match shoes. Choose an age appropriate gown that fits your body type. Please no way high slits or deep plunging necklines. Visible tattoos allowed on ages 21&up. Light natural looking tanning allowed. No facial piercings please.
WV Wear Competition - (optional for AGES 0-12 YRS ONLY -- $10 on pageant day):
Attire for this is any outfit of your choice that is Blue & Gold OR that represents something about our state....Coal Miner, Railroad worker, Mountaineer, Monarch Butterfly, Honey Bee, Rhododendron flower, Heavenly Angel, any WV sports team, etc. NO props allowed. Routines are allowed but NO gymnastics.

Age appropriate make-up and small hair pieces allowed. You may choose your own music from a list that I already have. I will be posting that on the Facebook Event Page by March 15th. Time limit: 70 seconds.
PLEASE NOTE: (Ages 0-12 yrs) If your score is higher in WV Wear than in Beauty Wear, we will use it for the title pulls. This gives you a second chance at your Supreme Queen title!!
Cover Girl - This is our photogenic event. Please bring 2 of your best photos on pageant day. Can be both natural or both glitz or one of each. Color and/or black & white. 8x10 or 5x7. There will be one winner per age division.
Southern WV Ambassadors - This is our fundraising portion of the pageant. This is optional! Participation does not reflect on actual pageant titles. These are guaranteed awards that are given on stage during crowning. We will only take the first 10 who sign up to participate. Proceeds raised are split this year. Half will go to the Southern WV Queens Scholarship Fund and half to the Beckley Woman's Club Restoration Fund. PLEASE CONTACT THE DIRECTOR FOR DETAILS.
ENTRY FEE:
0-12 yrs Early Bird is $55 if entered by March 27th
13 yrs & Up - Early Bird is $65 if entered by March 27th
After March 27th, all entries are $75.
Final deadline is when we fill up!
*You may send a deposit of $30 to hold your spot. Balance is due on April 3rd.
**Siblings/Family Discount get $5 off each entry

You agree that Classic Pageants, its staff and venue are NOT responsible for: lost or stolen articles, accidents -before, during or after - pageant event and for any contestant' pictures left behind after competition. You agree that any images obtained during said pageant event hereby become the property of Classic Pageants and may be used for all media or promotional uses. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated (during or after pageant event). Use of such by contestant and/or their family will result in immediate removal from pageant event without a refund, and in some cases, may result in a banning of future participation. NO animals allowed including service/esa animals due to small children being present at this private event.
