Save the date(s)! Friday 28th February to Sunday 2nd March 🍇We will be celebrating Southern Open Vineyards Weekend with the release of our first Estate-grown Sparkling. This limited release vintage sparkling was aged for 30 months on lees and will be available to purchase by the glass for Southern Open Vineyards Weekend only (then available by the bottle until sold out).
On Saturday 1st, the team from “Pyro” (chefs John Churchill and Molly Foster) will be cooking up a delicious American-style barbecue with a Tasmanian twist. Enjoy a selection of smoked, grilled and pulled meats, starring the farm’s own Black Angus beef along with milk buns, slaw, pickles, and grilled corn.
