The Southern Illinois Drug Awareness Conference provides a vital platform for collaboration and education, bringing together local agencies, community stakeholders, and professionals from diverse sectors to address the critical intersectionality of substance use, mental health, and homelessness.
This two-day event is dedicated to fostering understanding, sharing innovative practices, and building partnerships that create lasting impact in our communities. Participants will include social workers, educators, law enforcement, healthcare providers, child and family service representatives, prevention specialists, treatment providers, recovery support specialists, and veterans’ organizations.
