Wines for the evening will be selected by James Krajewski to showcase the expressive varietals that reflect the character of each country’s landscape and climate. Alongside these wines, Chef Jens and his team will create harmonious menu pairings. This guided dining experience invites guests to explore the diversity, and depth of Southern Hemisphere wines through food, story, and place—one course at a time.
