There will be one Novice and one Pro with the highest score of beauty plus two highest events. Winners receive the gorgeous SBB Crown, Robe, Sash, Gift, & $2000 CASH!!! Novice cannot have won over $399 with any one title in the last two years – 9-18-24 – 9-18-26. Pro must have won $400 or more in the last two years - 9-18-24 – 9-18-26. Jackpots & Drawings do not count. This is an optional event. If we reach 95 contestants, money will be increased to $3000.00!!!

DOOR SUPREMES – Included in Mega Sweet Deal. We will also crown Four Living Doll Supremes, Four Southern Diva Supremes, and Four Southern Sweetheart Supremes. Money given will be determined on our turn out for the pageant.
SBB NATIONAL BEAUTY QUEENS
A Supreme Queen and Beauty Queen in each age group will receive a gorgeous SBB crown, Gift, & beautiful Banner!! If your group has 10 or more in it, you will also receive $25!! Beauty Princess’ in each age group will receive a SBB crown & gift. Beauty will be held on Saturday and we will offer a second beauty. You can compete Glitz Beauty or if you prefer, Semi Glitz Beauty. It is your choice. The judges will know you are allowed to compete either way. There are no restrictions on dress, hair, or makeup. You can wear flippers, hair extensions, and falls.
PHOTOGENIC COMPETITION
This year, we are having one photo competition and combining photos together. You get one photo in your package. Photos can be natural or naturally enhanced. They can consist of head shot, print model, stage shot, series, etc. No portfolios allowed as your one photo choice. You can enter a portfolio if you enter the extra photo package. We will offer Photo. Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot. Extra Photo Special (Not included in pack.) - Enter 11 extra photos - $100.
BEST AWARDS IN EACH GROUP - Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Best Smile, Best Personality, Most Beautiful Face, Sweetest Face, Most Precious, Best Model, and Best Dressed will be chosen in each age group. These events are included in the package. There will be jackpots in each event. Jackpots are not included in package & are $20 each & winner gets ½ the pot. Jackpots are by Supreme Breakdown.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE ONE & TWO COMPETITION - You may wear your choice of outfit. No front or back tucks in OOC. Props allowed but not necessary. You can bring your own music for Outfit of Choice or choose from list. There is a 90 second time limit. 2nd Outfit of Choice will be offered as an optional event. (It is not included in the special package). There will be different judges for Outfit of Choice One & Two if you want to wear the same outfit. We will offer OOC One and OOC Two Jackpots for $20 each. Winners gets ½ the pot.
INTERVIEW –Interview is short & easy & is 60 seconds. We will offer Interview Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot.
SUMMER WEAR OR DENIM WEAR COMPETITION – Choose one. It can be custom or off the rack. There is a 90 second time limit. No props except small carry on like sunglasses, beachball, etc. You can wear anything that you could wear in the summer for this event. It can be a sundress, romper, swimwear, summer casual, etc. Denim Wear can be any outfit that has denim on it. It can be any color of denim. There will be a list of songs that you can choose from for this event. No front or back tucks. This event is optional and is not included in the package. We will offer Summer or Denim Wear Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot.
TALENT OR COMMERCIAL - Talent or Commercial is optional & is our only Friday night event. It is not included in the package. Come show off your talent or do a commercial. Just have fun!!! It can count as one of your two highest optional events. Age divisions are 0-36 Mo., 3-5, 6-10, and 11-up. Come as you get ready. All gymnastics can be performed if doing it for talent. Please have your music ready to go. There is a three minute time limit but if it is shorter, that is perfectly fine. Props are allowed. Anyone can do a commercial, even our babies can do a commercial, think pamper commercial or favorite food commercial. Since some babies can’t talk yet, you can speak for them or have it recorded and ready for the emcee to play. You can do a second Talent or Commercial for $75 if time permits. We will offer Talent or Commercial Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot. This is talent or commercial only, you do not have to do fancy hair or makeup for the talent event.
RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1. Cameras and video cameras will not be permitted in competition area as we will have professionals to video & take pictures. 2. You must be entered in Beauty in order to compete in any other events. 3. All judge’s decisions are final and the judges have the right to break any ties. 3. Any act of un-sportsmanship conduct or falsified information could result in disqualification without refund. 4. Scores will be given out after crowning. 5. Birth certificates must be shown if contestant’s age is questioned. 6. Our fall back date is February 1, 2026. You can compete age as of this date or move up one older group. If your birthday falls on February 1st (which is our fall back date), you have the option of staying back or moving up. This also includes our 0-12 Mo., 13-24 Mo. and 25-36 Mo. fallback. 7. Names of contestants or how many have entered in each age division will not be given out. Please do not ask. 8. We are not responsible for any act of nature that might result in having to postpone competition because of an ice storm, flood, snow, hurricane, power outage, pandemic, etc. We will do our best to accommodate the situation if something unforeseen was to happen and deposits would be transferred to the rescheduled event. 9. Numbers will be assigned on a first come first served basis. The first to come in with their deposit will go out last unless you specify differently. We cannot guarantee anyone a particular place in line; however, we will do our best to honor your favorite place in line-up if you send your deposit in early. If you are wanting a particular place in line, you need to get your entry in early. It really doesn’t matter in our pageants, how you come out in line, everyone is judged fair & the utmost attention is given to everyone. 10. Entries that come in without a deposit or less than a $150.00 deposit will not be assigned a number until full deposit is sent. 11. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given on $150 or less deposits. Any money paid after the $150 deposit will be credited to next year’s Southern Beauties & Beaus National pageant. 12. No checks will be accepted after August 31, 2026. Cash or money order only after this date & at the door. 13. Because of safety reasons, no back or front tucks are allowed in any on stage events. 14. There will be a 90 second time limit in beauty and a 90 second time limit in OOC 1, OOC 2, and Denim Wear. You must turn in your five $5.00 bills for the outgoing royalty at registration. 16. 2025 Majestic Grand Elites and Grand Elite Supremes can’t re-compete in the 2026 SBB pageant but are asked to please come back & crown. The remaining 2025 Winners are invited to come back & crown but they do have the choice to compete if they wish. 17. Cash Awards are contingent with 50 contestants. If less than 50 contestants, cash awards can be adjusted. This rule is in most national paperwork but with all the cash prizes we will be awarding, I feel we will have a great turnout. 18. All Supreme Winners are based on highest beauty plus 2 highest optional events except Beauty Supremes and Queens which is based on total beauty score. 19. If you win any Crown Title, it is required that you stay for group & individual pictures and those pictures may be used for advertisement purposes. Money winnings will be given to you after your individual and group pictures are taken. This is mandatory. Failure to do so could result in forfeit of your cash award. A Form W-9 must be filled out on winnings of $600 or higher. Make sure you have your social security card with you. 20. Judges will be available after crowning to answer any questions you might have. Any questions regarding placement must be addressed before the auditors leave on Sunday. I have nothing to do with the auditing. They have it on computer and will be the ones you will need to talk to. 21. Supreme Titles are based on the highest score from beauty plus your two highest optional events. On stage events are scored 1-10.5 Choice of Wardrobe, 1-10.5 Presentation/Modeling/Personality, & 1-10.5 Overall Appearance. Winner & 1st Alternate chosen in each optional event. Beauty Contestants are judged on 1-20.5 Facial Beauty, 1-20.5 Poise/Projection/Personality, & 1-20.5 Overall Appearance. We use anywhere from six to nine judges depending on our turnout.
RESERVATIONS: The name of our hotel is Delta Hotels By Preston (formally the Hotel Preston). The telephone number is (615) 361-5900. The hotel is located at 733 Briley Pkwy, Nashville, TN 37217. Room rates in the block are $139 plus tax. Rooms will be held until August 15th, after that time you may not get a room & the rate may go up. Tell the hotel you want to book in the SBB BLOCK. The renovations are complete and the hotel does have a Starbucks located inside.
ROYALTY GIFTS: Honoring returning royalty is very important to Southern Beauties & Beaus. We are making it easy for you to honor our returning royalty. I am asking that each contestant bring FIVE $5.00 bills to go on the Money Trees for the returning royalty. Returning Supreme Royalty will get $5.00 for each contestant in their supreme breakdown. Returning Queen Royalty, etc. will get $5.00 for each contestant in their age group. Please put all five $5.00 bills in ONE envelope and put your child’s name and age division on the envelope. You must turn this in when you register. It could be your child next year! I always have a good group of returning royalty!!!

1:00 PM – 3 – 5 Year Girls. 4:00 PM – 6-up Girls. Beauty One, followed by Beauty Two, Interview, Summer/Denim, OOC 1, OOC 2 PARTY TIME – WE WILL HAVE A PARTY IN HAWAII on Saturday night.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH - 8:30 AM Short Church Service. Everyone is welcome.

There will be a Supreme Beauty King and a Beauty King in EACH AGE DIVISION. Southern Beau Package includes 1st Beauty Competition, 1st OOC, Photogenic, Interview, and the above Boy Supreme Titles and Division Titles. “YOU GOT THE FACE” - FEATURE POSTER CONTEST
This is your chance to have your poster size photo featured at SBB all weekend!!! We will award 20 winners. There will be Glitz, Natural, Print Model, & Stage Shot Winner chosen in each supreme breakdown in BOYS 0-up, 0-36 Mo., 3-5, 6-10, 11-up. You may enter 1 photo in each category for $80, 1 photo in 3 categories for $70, 1 photo in 2 categories for $60, or 1 photo in 1 category for $50. You may enter additional photos for any of the categories for $10 each. Winning photos will be on display. You can take your poster home after the pageant.
