Make your own Picker-Toe Moccasins at Ocmulgee Mounds!About this Event
Join us Saturday, June 11 for a Southeastern Native American Moccasin Class.
Britteny Cuevas, Muscogee artist and educator, will host a cultural class to teach children the art of making their own traditional pucker-toe moccasins from deer hide.
Early registration is recommended, as class size is limited to 10 people on a first-come, first-served basis. All materials will be provided to make traditional pucker-toe moccasins, which were historically worn by the Muscogee people.
