The Post Kidney Transplant Kidney Konnectors is run in partnership with University Swansea Bay kidney team and Popham Kidney Support. The aim is to meet 'face to face' informally away from the clinic setting.
This is an opportunity for patients who have recivied a kidney transplant and their families to connect and find out more information. As well as your transplant kidney teams, our Popham Peer Mentors and Popham Peer Educators will be on hand to answer any questions and share their knowledge, experience and top tips!
