This beginnersβ course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe and supportive space. You will learn the basics of the postures (asanas), healthy alignment, breath awareness, breath techniques (pranayama), simple meditation and relaxation techniques.

The yoga teacher is committed to meeting you where you are. There is support, encouragement, and calm within her classes.
Her intention is to create a safe space for everybody to explore through the body and breath awareness, learn to connect with the body and mind through simple poses, and enjoy being in their bodyβs.
NOTE: Please be sure to let your teacher know before class if you have any form of injury or serious illness, or if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby.
