① This is a swap event:
Please bring at least one plant, cutting, seed packet, plant supply/accessory to trade.
② If you are bringing plants to swap, please make sure that they are:
• healthy
• pest free
• rooted / have nodes
• label it to your best ability
• in their individual container (pot, cup, ziplock bag with moist paper towel)
③ Please bring means to help you carry your trades around:
• box/tote,
• wagon
• cart
• folding table
• or you can also open your trunk tailgate-style
④ NO CASH exchange on the spot:
• all transactions (if any) must be done before the event
• please see disclaimer for more details
⑤ Please be respectful and courteous to each other:
• all swaps must be agreed by both parties
• ask nicely what people want & exercise a fair trade
• DO NOT grab plants without permission
• NO pushing, shoving, or arguing over plant please
⑥ We will have freebie table. Feel free to drop your plants/supplies there and check them out.
⑦ Little humans and friendly furry friends are welcome.
⑧ Most importantly, please have fun!
