The display explores the worlds of the Romans & Indus Valley, and features artifacts rarely seen outside of the British Museum!
Open until late August 2025, the popular school topic display, aims to make the lives and belongings of these ancient people relatable and highly engaging for all ages.
We are excited to welcome the SWAS team to the museum on Saturday 1st March to help launch the display, answer any visitor questions and host x2 talks (10.30am and 12.30pm). The talks will last approximately 10-15 mins and are suitable for all ages.
The team will also be joining us again for our British Science Week Event on Saturday 8th March.
Additionally, SWAS will also be offering free talks to schools and special interest groups throughout the duration of the display. Please contact [email protected] to arrange a visit and free booking.
The display will run alongside our current exhibition: 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝘁 and another display by Daventry Photographic Society.
