About this Event

South to North Walk: Limiting Beliefs Journaling Circle

This journaling circle is designed for people who are ready to look honestly at themselves and explore the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that may be holding them back.

Many of us know deep down when we are stuck in cycles. Repeating the same decisions, hesitating to pursue what we want, or feeling blocked by self-doubt or limiting belielf and it can be difficult to sit with those thoughts alone.

This gathering offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and explore those patterns through guided journaling prompts and open group discussion.

Together we will explore questions such as:

• What beliefs may be limiting my growth?

• Where might I be stopping myself from moving forward?

• What fears or assumptions are shaping my decisions?

• What new perspectives might help me move beyond them?

Through writing, reflection, and conversation, participants often gain new insights into their thinking patterns and discover perspectives they may not have seen before. Hearing others reflect on similar challenges can also create powerful moments of clarity and connection.

This is not a lecture or therapy session. It is a guided self-inquiry experience where each participant is invited to explore their own inner world with curiosity and honesty.

What to Expect

• Guided journaling prompts focused on self-awareness and limiting beliefs

• Quiet time to reflect and write

• Optional sharing and discussion within the circle

• Supportive group conversation and perspective sharing

• A relaxed outdoor setting in nature

Participants are encouraged to share only what they feel comfortable with. Listening and reflecting quietly is always welcome- Showing up as you are is a huge acomplishment in itself.

What to Bring

• A journal or notebook

• A pen

• Water or a drink

• A snack if you’d like

• An open mind and willingness to reflect

Blankets and cushions will be provided so we can sit comfortably together on the grass.

This circle is for people who are genuinely interested in self-reflection and personal growth.

It is ideal for those who:
