South Shore Irish Road Bowling League – Informational Meet-Up

Irish Road Bowling is coming to the South Shore — and this event is where it all begins.

Join us for an informational meet-up at the Red Rose Irish Pub in Weymouth to learn about the newly forming South Shore Irish Road Bowling League. This gathering is designed for anyone curious about the sport, interested in playing, or simply looking to be part of a new heritage-based community activity.

During the event, attendees will:

• Learn the basics of Irish road bowling and how league play will work
• Meet local bowlers who are well-versed in the sport and can answer questions
• Socialize with other prospective players
• Begin forming teams for the upcoming league season

No prior experience is needed. Individuals and groups are welcome. This league is about heritage, friendly competition, and community — both on the road and in the pub.

The event is hosted by the AOH of the South Shore in partnership with the South Shore Irish Heritage Trail.
