South Indian Thali workshop

We will spend a relaxed afternoon in our modern spacious kitchen making a number of classic South Indian dishes likely including paneer, sambar, rasam, thoran and pickles. Work at your own pace, enjoy the meditative processes and build your own thali selection.

Dietary information: This class can be adapted for most diets provided we are given plenty of notice of all dietary requirements and/or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
