South Cambs Parish Cluster Meeting

Join us for our next Nature Recovery - From the Ground Up parish cluster meeting - this time shaped as a Community of Practice Peer Learning Circle, bringing together parish groups in South Cambridgeshire who are developing their Community Nature Recovery Plans.

At this session, each parish group will have space to share progress on preparing a Community Nature Recovery Plan, reflect on what they have learnt, and explore challenges and opportunities in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Before the meeting, we ask that each parish group identifies a single question in the form of a ‘How can I/we...?’ statement that they would like to bring to the group for discussion. Examples might include ‘How can I get my community excited about taking action for nature locally?’, ‘How can we ensure our proposed projects are ecologically sound and aligned with the LNRS?’, ‘How can we get funding for a particular project?’, ‘How can I share my experience to have greater impact?’.

Whether you’re an individual struggling to get traction locally, a group that is drafting early ideas, or already delivering projects with more ambitious ideas in mind, this session will help you develop your ideas and tackle challenges together.

This session is for parish councillors, clerks, volunteer groups, and residents who are using the Nature Recovery - From the Ground Up resources to prepare a Community Nature Recovery Plan.
