About this Event

Join us for South Australia’s Biggest Mentally Healthy Business Breakfast on Friday 25 October at Adelaide Oval.

Start your day bright and early, with a fresh healthy breakfast and meaningful conversations to start building a mentally healthy workplace for your organisation.

Now in its fifth year, this event will form part of a wider activation by the South Australian Business Chamber during October’s Mental Health Month.

The theme for the morning is “Let’s Talk About It." Let’s talk about mental health, let’s talk about psychosocial safety hazards and risks with a keynote address and panel discussions guiding employers on how to best approach the topic of mental health in their workplaces.

We will be inspired by a team of presenters and a special guest panel over breakfast discussing:

  • Research on workplace mental health
  • Uplifting initiatives that can be put into action
  • How workplaces are changing and bringing mental health to the forefront

During the morning you'll hear from:

  • Dave Burroughs, Chief Mental Health Officer at Westpac and SafeWork NSW Mentally Healthy Workplaces Ambassador
  • Michael Francis, Chief Executive Officer, Return to Work SA

Expect to walk away from this fabulous and uplifting event ready to have conversations in your workplace.

This will be our biggest, and most important event of the year. Tickets are strictly limited.

Proudly supported by

  • ReturnToWorkSA
  • Westpac
  • The Advertiser
