Calling All South Asian Singles – DMV South Asians Social!!!! 🍂 Ages 30 to 35 and 36 to 40 calling them out so they are able to meet single.

This casual DMV South Asian Mixer is designed to help you connect with others who understand the hustle of professional life. Between work, responsibilities, and commitments, when do we actually get time to socialize?
What's new? We may move people around and randomly pair people so everyone gets a chance to talk to each other and we understand some people are shy and hence this is needed.
It's an opportunity — to make new friends, meet a potential partner, or just enjoy a great conversation with someone new. There's no structure, no pressure — just a relaxed atmosphere for South Asian singles to mix, mingle, and vibe.

Read - we will start after 30 minutes as people come late we have to accommodate them.
Rules- if you walk in the event and don't like anyone and leave, we won't provide any refunds. If you attend the event and at the end say I found no one still there are no refunds, and if in the event we see anyone behavior is rude we to will remove them immediately.

This event is for serious singles only — those seeking genuine, long-term relationships etc. If you're looking for something casual, please respect the purpose and do not attend. It's our first event for 30+ as many complain to us..... That 20s has enough events.....and we hope to see many of you there!
REFUND POLICY
Refund policy explains each type of situation and issue
Any refunds that are approved and completed will be for the price paid for the ticket less any "Eventbrite fees" or "Sulekha fees" and/or "platform service fees", both of which are payable to platforms where you paid. Each platform where you buy tickets mentions that in their rules of purchase.
Our refund policy acknowledges that events may undergo changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations by attendees, inclement weather, natural disasters, venue issues or any health-related concerns.
We are under no legal obligation to host any event based solely on providing any related updates at any point in time.
In other words, our obligation to provide services is not absolute, under any circumstances.
Further, please be advised that a cancellation due to any of the above reasons may occur at any time before the scheduled event. If there is an event cancellation, any registered attendees will be granted the option for a full refund less any applicable fees, as explained above.
Other reasons for an event cancellation and any subsequent information pertaining to refund requests are listed below:
Sickness - A full refund, less any applicable fees, may be provided to registrants no less than FIVE (5) calendar days before the scheduled event date. If event date is postponed then also same rule applies.
Preference Changes - If a registrant changes his/her mind at any time after the purchase of a ticket for a scheduled event and/or subsequently does not attend a scheduled event, the registrant will be deemed a "no-show" and no refunds, under any circumstances, will be provided.
No show - in a different situation, if you buy a ticket and arrive at the venue / online but choose not to attend, please note that refunds will not be provided. You will be counted as a no-show. For the mixers we don't allow credits you may have to purchase a new ticket for another event.
Postponed - A full refund, less any applicable fees, may be provided to registrants if an event is postponed at any time before the scheduled day/time. We will ask you before if you want to get a credit or full refund.
Cancellations - A full refund, less any applicable fees, may be provided to registrants if an event is officially cancelled. A notification regarding the cancellation may be provided at any time before the commencement of an event which may be scheduled for at some point during a given month, week or up to the day/time of the scheduled event, itself.
Format changes- since we will not be changing the format from in person to any other format for a mixer specifically so it is not related to refund policy.
Our responsibility with regards to refund requests extends only to purchased tickets and is strictly limited to the price paid for tickets, less any applicable fees. Any additional expenses incurred by a registrant such as (but not limited to) any kind of traveling arrangements or any related expenses thereof (flights, hotels, meals etc.) will not be reimbursed by our company.
