Join Kirtley Freckleton for a sourdough workshop! This workshop will cover all the steps for making sourdough bread, and which complicated steps you can skip and still make a beautiful loaf for your family. Kirtley's mission is to make sourdough as SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE so that you can succeed.During this workshop you will learn:
How to feed and care for a starter, you will get your own starter to feed and a glass jar to take it home in!

All four stages of the sourdough journey with different loaves Kirtley has made ahead of the class.
How and when to mix in additional ingredients to take your sourdough loaf to the next level.
