Curious about sourdough? If the answer is yes, come experience the art of sourdough bread with us!
In this workshop, you will be taught the basics of sourdough starter, how to maintain it, mix it and what to watch for during fermentation.
You will then be taught the basics of how to mix your starter into dough, shaping the dough properly and using different techniques of scoring.
Everyone will leave with their very own mason jar of active starter and their dough to bake at home themselves.
