Over five unhurried hours in our beautiful bakery space in Frankleigh Park, we’ll take you through the full rhythm of baking nourishing, naturally-leavened bread—from waking up the starter to shaping a loaf you can take home and bake the next day.
This small-group workshop is designed for beginners and curious home bakers who want to deeply understand the sourdough process, feel confident working with dough, and ask all their questions (yes, even the sticky ones). With just five participants, there’s plenty of space to learn at your own pace and soak up the magic of working with wild yeast and time.
