Join us at AR Workshop Tampa for a special event: The ARt of Sourdough with our guest instructor, Dana Kern, Founder of Krewemates!During this specialty workshop you will learn how to feed and maintain a sourdough starter, and get in depth instruction on achieving success as you begin your sourdough journey.
Each participant will be provided:
- step-by-step instructions on creating a sourdough starter from scratch
- maintaining the starter
- mixing and shaping the dough
- instructions on baking the sourdough
- suggestions on necessary supplies needed when making sourdough
Each participant will take home:
- a mason jar with a new starter and instructions on how to feed each day
- recipes for at home baking with the sourdough starter
- shaped sourdough dough in a banneton shaping basket
This workshop is $95 and includes all materials and instruction.
Additionally, Pre-made sourdough loaves will be available for purchase after the class.
