
About this Event
Learn to make beautiful, soft sourdough pretzels using an easy and flexible German-style big soft pretzel recipe. This dough is quick, easy and so delicious. You can use it to make sourdough pretzels of all shapes and sizes.
We will mix our pretzel dough, cut and shape pretzels together, and bake pretzels, as well as whip up a simple cheese dip and sample some goodies.
Class will be on the deck at Iron District, lasting ~1.5 hours. You will go home with a bit of Bertha (our organic starter), a ton of knowledge about sourdough, starter care instructions, a freshly baked pretzel and dip, and your sourdough pretzel dough to bake and enjoy at home.
