Sourdough Made Simple is a beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop designed to demystify the sourdough process and offer a chance to slow down and connect.
In a welcoming setting, you'll be guided step-by-step through baking beautiful, flavourful artisan sourdough bread from scratch. Whether you're completely new to baking sourdough or looking to improve your results, this session is the perfect place to begin.
What we’ll cover:
✓ How to maintain a healthy starter
✓ Mixing dough
✓ Understanding fermentation
✓ Folding and proofing
✓ Mastering shaping, scoring and baking
Your workshop includes:
- A hands-on sourdough-making workshop
- Spreads to enjoy together with some freshly baked sourdough
- A jar of active starter
- A foolproof recipe
- 2 doughs to bake at home.
