Laura will teach you all you need to know to bake an artisan sourdough boule from start to finish. You will gain the knowledge and skills on how to mix and strengthen your dough, bulk fermentation, proofing, scoring and baking as well as how to maintain a sourdough starter! You will take home your very own starter plus receive a 15% off coupon to shop Preys after the class.
