Looking to start making your own sourdough but don't know where to start? This is the class for you! Learn the fascinating history, science, and benefits of fermented breads, along with the concept of "intuitive baking" to help you suceed. Get hands on with dough at various stages of fermentation, learning to shape and score like a pro. Finally, you'll make your own sourdough starter to take home and put your new knowledge to the test, as well as care instructions to keep it for years to come.

All classes are held in groups of 6 to 10 students, and include sitting, standing, and practicing hands-on techniques. Level of student participation varies depending on class subject. All class participants receive 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and tabletop products. 10% discount applies the same day of class only.
