Sourdough for Beginners

This 2 hour classes offers hands on learning! Participants will:

• Learn to feed their own starter
• Discover the science of bread using wild yeasts and lactic acid bacterium
• Make a "discard" recipe.
• Practice kneading with a classic sourdough recipe
• Sample fresh out-of-the-oven bread
