Sourdough Focaccia Bread Art — April 19

Join me for a Sourdough Focaccia Bread Art experience at Blooming Hearts Studio — where we bake, decorate, and create beautiful edible bread art together.

Due to our April 18 class selling out, a second Sunday date has been added.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of sourdough focaccia while designing your own floral-inspired creation using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Each guest will:

• Learn how to work with and maintain a sourdough starter

• Create and decorate their own focaccia

• Explore floral design techniques using vegetables and herbs

Enjoy a glass of wine and a curated cheese board as you create in a warm, thoughtfully styled setting.

All materials are provided, including ingredients, tools, and aprons.

You’ll leave with your own focaccia and a sourdough starter to continue baking at home.
