In this class, we’ll explore not just how to make focaccia, but how to truly understand it—so you can recreate and adapt it with confidence at home.
In this class, you will:
- Learn how to use and care for an active sourdough starter to ferment gut healthy sourdough Focaccia Bread.
- Receive the gift of a developed sourdough starter that Ashley has replicated for you from her own.
- Create your own savory or sweet focaccia to take home.
- View a demonstration on how to mix your own focaccia dough to ferment and make at home.
- Be prepared with a detailed recipe booklet with process images, recipes from class, and sourdough schedules that will support and guide you through making this recipe at home.
