Sourdough doesn’t have to be intimidating! Join us for a fun, hands-on class led by a local sourdough expert who will walk you through the fundamentals of mixing, feeding, shaping, and baking. Whether you’re brand-new to sourdough or looking to refine your technique, this class is perfect for beginner and intermediate bakers alike.
You’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to create your own loaves at home, plus get tips, tricks, and answers to your sourdough questions. All supplies are provided—just bring your curiosity (and maybe a friend!).
