A St. Patrick’s Day Hands-On Workshop

March 17th | Hosted at Rise Cafe

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a special holiday edition sourdough workshop hosted by Abby Rose & Co. at Rise Cafe 💚

This is a fully hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to confidently make sourdough from start to finish — with the option to create a festive green loaf for the occasion.

During this workshop, you’ll learn:

• How to properly feed and maintain your sourdough starter

• How to mix and build your dough

• Stretch and fold techniques

• How to shape your loaf with confidence

• The full timeline so you can successfully bake at home

You’ll leave with:

• Your own sourdough starter in a jar

• Printed cheat sheets + class timeline

• A copy of my digital sourdough e-book

• Your fully prepped dough ready to bake at home

• Your own mixing bowl to take with you

All you need to bring is a kitchen scale.If you don’t have one, I will have a few available to share.

Children 12 and over are welcome to attend for half price when accompanying a paid adult.
