About this Event
In this hands-on Sourdough 101 workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of traditional sourdough baking, from building and maintaining a starter to mixing, shaping, and scoring (yes, we’ll talk about how to properly lame bread without fear or hesitation). We’ll walk through the science and the craft in a way that makes sense, even if you’ve never baked a loaf in your life.

- Two fully mixed, ready-to-bake loaves to finish at home
