About this Event
Take your sourdough skills to new heights in the final installment of our Sourdough 101 Series! This class goes beyond traditional bread-making to explore a variety of sourdough-based recipes, including crispy crackers, fluffy muffins, soft dinner rolls, and hearty burger buns. Whether you’re looking to reduce waste by using your starter discard or simply expand your baking repertoire, this session has something for everyone.
If you’d like, bring in some of your own sourdough bread for comparison and discussion—we’ll explore differences in flavor, texture, and technique. Through hands-on guidance, you’ll learn techniques for shaping, baking, and flavoring these versatile recipes, while discovering how to adapt them to suit your taste.
Perfect for sourdough enthusiasts eager to make the most of their starter, this class will inspire you to incorporate sourdough into all kinds of delicious creations. Let’s turn your sourdough into so much more than a loaf!
