Join Homemade by Lauren for a fun, hands-on Sourdough 101 class where you’ll learn the art of sourdough from start to finish—no experience needed!
You’ll get your hands in the dough as we walk through every step together: feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter, mixing and shaping dough, and prepping your loaves for baking. You’ll also practice professional techniques like scoring and shaping so you can create beautiful, bakery-style bread at home.
Best of all, you’ll leave fully equipped to keep baking! Each student goes home with:
- A beginner-friendly sourdough guide
- Your own jar of active starter
- A bread-baking tool kit (dough whisk, bench scraper, and proofing basket)
- Two sourdough loaves made in class, ready to bake and enjoy
