Join us for a monthly restorative sound journey with crystal bowls and drumming, allowing the vibrations and rhythms to calm your mind, ground your body, and open space for introspection as we embrace this winter and plant seeds of intention for our year and the seasons of change ahead. ❄️🌷☀️🍂
The sound portion will last approximately 45 minutes.
Afterward, share a warm, homemade vegetarian soup & bread while connecting with others in sacred, supportive space. 🍲 🥖
This offering is a perfect unique Sunday “date” or alternative to lunch out. Ground yourself, nourish your body and come together! Bring along your partner, come with others, come solo, and leave with deeper connection to yourself and to the community! 💞♾️
