Join us for a lighthearted, feel-good yoga flow surrounded by adoptable cats who may stretch, nap, or steal the spotlight entirely — all while supporting an incredible cause.
Expect gentle movement, deep breaths, lots of laughter, and playful interruptions as our feline friends roam freely
We’ll add a festive twist with tiny catnip footballs for extra zoomies, pounces, and smiles.
This class is about joy, connection, and starting your Sunday in the most fun way possible — no competition required.
Cost: $25 Donation - All proceeds from this class go directly back to LIDA Rescue, helping care for and support the cats who make this experience so special.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
