Return to your true (calm and centred) self via a deeply relaxing and extremely unique experience, surrounded by the enchanting vibrations of sounds and music created to heal and release you. Let the soothing tones of our various healing sound tools (instruments) wash over you while held in the extraordinary safe & peaceful space of the magnificent St Mary's Church.
We'll transport you to very slow theta wave brain frequency which promotes ultimate therapeutic grade relaxation. While in this state your body and mind has the ability to heal, renew, repair and rebalance. Every experience feels different depending on what your current imbalances are (either in mind, body, soul).
The whole experience will release tension, stagnant energy and mental, success blocking limitations. This big release allows a renewed sense of calm, positivity and success in your desired areas of life.
