SoundSpace: A Calm Listening Evening for Neurodivergent AdultsSoundSpace is a relaxed vinyl listening evening at ARC Stockton – Dance Studio. A quiet, low-pressure space where you can sit, unwind, and listen to music on vinyl. There’s no expectation to talk or interact—just come as you are.
Designed with neurodivergent adults in mind, but open to anyone who would benefit from a calmer environment.
Created and hosted by Mark (Obi Studios – Tattoo & Vinyl), shaped by lived experience as an autistic person with ADHD.
Supported by ARC Stockton, Little Cog, and Our Stomping Grounds.

You’re welcome to arrive late or leave early—whatever feels right for you.
ARC Stockton – Dance Studio
This is an adult event, but young people aged 14+ may attend if accompanied by an adult.
What to expect:
• A comfortable, quiet space
• Music on vinyl, centred around Fleetwood Mac – Rumours, with more throughout the evening
• Gentle lighting and steady sound levels
• Optional interaction — no pressure to talk, but you’re welcome to if you’d like
