Join us for an evening of deep rest, resonance, and connection.CALM Yoga invites you to a nourishing Soundscape experience on Friday 24th April, 7–9pm, featuring the beautiful collaboration of musician Tyrell Black and harpist Lucia McGuinnis. Growing together musically and spiritually creating an immersive sound journey that promises to be truly engrossing.
Sink into stillness as you’re supported with everything you need — bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows — allowing you to fully relax and receive. We’ll also be serving warming cacao and organic homemade treats to complete the experience.
