About the Pretoria Symphony Orchestra
For over two decades, the Pretoria Symphony Orchestra (PSO) has been a cornerstone of Pretoria’s musical landscape. A community-based orchestra of professional and emerging musicians, the PSO performs three major symphonic concerts each year and has collaborated with renowned soloists such as Charl du Plessis, Berthine van Schoor, and Zanta Hofmeyr, under the leadership of conductors like Tim Roberts, Gerben Grooten, and Jaco van Staden.
